Lou Harmon, P.E., P.L.S., P.G. is a former state regulator and program manager at Wyoming Department of Environmental Quality involved with Water and Wastewater projects and has recently joined the Wastewater Compliance Systems (WCS) advisory board as Director of Regulatory Affairs.
Lou brings over 40 years of wastewater experience with municipal utility engineering, planning, and regulatory oversight to WCS. It is a great pleasure and honor to have the confidence and support of a distinguished industry professional like Lou. We are excited to continue to deliver greater value to our clients with Lou’s input and advice.
Mr. Harmon has deep expertise and years of experience with a wide variety of municipal wastewater lagoons and concentrated animal feeding operations; including the design, implementation, and permitting, such facilities for Wyoming DEQ and the U.S. EPA. Lou graduated from the Colorado School of Mines with a degree in Geological Engineering in 1967. He is licensed as a Professional Engineer in Wyoming, Colorado, Kansas and Nebraska, Professional Geologist in Wyoming, Land Surveyor in Colorado, and Kansas and is a nationally certified Cross-Connection Control Surveyor and Tester.
WCS had delivered and is currently supporting operation of hundreds of Bio-Dome and Bio-Shell systems throughout North America over the last decade.
