Utica, MS is another community looking for a way to keep using their wastewater lagoons while having to deal with more stringent effluent requirements. After comparing the cost of the Bio-Domes to other technologies, the community felt it was in their best interest to pursue the Bio-Domes and commissioned WCS to bring the warm weather pilot unit to their town for testing.
